The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, with all the attractions within walking distance. It is incredibly convenient to have Victoria station just a stone's throw away, making transportation a breeze. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is also nice, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. We were also pleased with the facilities provided, such as the Smart TV and the availability of card transactions.

Great location near the famous Westminster Abbey, perfect for adventure travelers exploring London by foot. Friendly and helpful staff provided a plug adapter. Comfortable bed and clean room with good sound isolation. Generous continental breakfast and 24-hour reception.

Another guest accidentally entered my room, but the management swiftly addressed the situation and provided me with a new room. The level of service and prompt response from the staff was excellent. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Victoria Inn London. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and attention to guest satisfaction.

The room was clean and nicely decorated, with a good-sized TV and easy-to-use WiFi. The hotel's location was very convenient, only a short walk from the coach station and well-connected to the tube stations. There were plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find places to eat.

The breakfast room was overcrowded and the food selection was poor, with plates and cups left uncleared on the tables. The room had a few maintenance issues, such as a window that wouldn't stay shut and doors and curtains in need of repair.

We had a wonderful stay at this budget hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the rooms were well-appointed, albeit a bit small. The breakfast was really good, with a variety of options including a continental breakfast and limited hot food. The hotel's location was super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to Pimlico tube station and within 10-15 minutes to Victorian stations. This made it easy for us to explore the city and catch our bus from the nearby Bus Station.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and good attention to detail. It's located in a lovely area, close to the Underground and in a quiet spot in the city centre. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms are up to par. The rooms also have reliable Wifi.

Noisy walls, but overall, everything else was fine.
